Saved views

You'll find yourself rebuilding the same view: board by Status, filtered to your team, this milestone only. Save it instead.

Saving

Set up the view you want — view type, grouping, filters, sort, timeline zoom — and press ⌘D. The view gets a name and appears in the sidebar under Views. From then on it's one click.

A saved view remembers everything about how you were looking: board versus table versus timeline, one grouping or two, every filter, the sort order, even which columns you'd collapsed.

Personal and shared

Views can be personal — your own working set, invisible to others — or shared with the space, for views the whole team navigates by: "By client", "This cycle", "Blocked work".

This is the quiet payoff of one-list-many-views: the project lead lives in the timeline, the designer in a board filtered to design work, the accountant in a table filtered to what's due soon — all looking at the same items, nobody maintaining a copy.
