Saved views
You'll find yourself rebuilding the same view: board by Status, filtered to your team, this milestone only. Save it instead.
Saving
Set up the view you want (view type, grouping, filters, sort, timeline zoom) and press ⌘D. The view gets a name and appears in the sidebar under Views. From then on it's one click.
A saved view remembers everything about how you were looking: board versus table versus timeline, one grouping or two, every filter, the sort order, even which columns you'd collapsed.
Personal and shared
Views can be personal (your own working set, invisible to others) or shared with the space, for views the whole team navigates by: "By client", "This cycle", "Blocked work".
This is the quiet payoff of one-list-many-views: the project lead lives in the timeline, the designer in a board filtered to design work, the accountant in a table filtered to what's due soon, all looking at the same items, nobody maintaining a copy.Going further
