The right amount of structure

Some tools enforce rigid workflows with mandatory statuses, prescribed processes, metrics that measure motion instead of progress. Others give you a blank page and hope for the best.

Wodo sits in between. Items live in one ordered list. You organize them with labels: your labels, your terminology, your process. Group by whatever matters: team, phase, priority, time horizon. Switch between board, timeline, and list views. The same work, seen the way you need it.

Templates get you started with sensible defaults. Every default is changeable. Every prompt is skippable. We guide, we don't force.

Your process, reusable

Turn your team's best practices into a template. Set up your own labels, milestones, starter items, reference documents. When new work begins, create a new project based on a template and adapt. The structure is there for consistency.

An RFP response might have five milestones and twenty items. A product roadmap might run for years, with features appearing and resolving as priorities shift. Same tool, same flexibility from a three-week project to a multi-year effort.

Context travels with the work

Items hold the work. Documents hold the context around it: the project brief, the decision you made last quarter, the runbook your team actually follows. They live in the same space as the items they describe, one click away, never in a wiki tab someone forgot to update.

Documents can have owners and an optional review cadence. When a runbook goes stale, its owner gets an in-app nudge, and nobody else on the team is pulled in. Writing that doesn't need to stay fresh, like a decision record or an interview note, is left alone.

We don't try to be your Drive. Contracts, brochures, board decks, and spreadsheets already have homes, and those homes are good at it. Wodo holds the small, trustworthy set of writing that keeps your items' "why" within reach.

Your data stays yours

Hosted in Europe by default, with a storage region you choose. No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking, and no marketing email. We'd rather improve the product than measure you.

There's no AI built into Wodo, and nothing you write trains a model or feeds an outside AI. If your organization already trusts an assistant, including a local model on your own hardware, it can connect to your work through Wodo's MCP integration, under your control. The default is no AI in the loop unless you put it there.

Leaving is as easy as arriving. Export any space as a complete archive, attachments included, at any time. Our terms include the European Continuity Promise: if Wodoco ever passes under non-EU control, you have a right to a refund and a free export.
